Before starting Pilot Ads, Regina and Leandra were part of the founding team at Solutions 8. We were directly trained, mentored, and trusted by Kasim Aslam and John Moran, two of the most respected minds in Google Ads. That trust wasn’t given lightly. It was earned through performance, ownership, and a deep commitment to results

We worked our way up from Client Managers all the way to Directors of Operations and Client Services, earning a deep understanding of what actually drives growth, not just in ad accounts, but across entire businesses. We saw behind the curtain: what works, what doesn’t, and where most agencies fall short.

After the agency was acquired, we went our separate ways professionally but never truly disconnected. Over time, one thing kept coming up in our conversations: the businesses that need great marketing the most are often the ones who can’t access it.
