The Gap

The work happens between sessions.

Journaling and breathing exercises are fine — but when a client has a performance review on Thursday, or a boundary conversation they've been avoiding for six months, they need something more specific.

Something to actually do.Concrete homework lands differently than open-ended reflection. A client who's practiced the conversation three times before it happens is a different client.

Built for real life, not therapy.Dryrun isn't a clinical tool — it's a practice space. Clients set the scene, roleplay out loud with a custom persona, and get immediate feedback. No clinical framing, no diagnosis. Just reps.

They come back with data. After a session, clients see what landed and what didn't. That's something real to bring into your next conversation with them.

How It Works

What your clients will actually do.

Step 01

Build the Persona

They describe who they're practicing with — name, relationship, how that person typically shows up. The persona adapts to match.

Step 02

Set the Scene

They give context for the conversation — what's happened, what they need to say. The more specific, the more realistic.

Step 03

Practice Out Loud

They have the conversation with their voice. Real-time in-ear guidance surfaces as they go — coaching in the moment, not just after.

Step 04

Get Feedback

A breakdown of what landed and what didn't — specific, actionable, and ready to bring into their next session with you.

What Clients Practice

The conversations they're already carrying around.

Your clients are thinking about these moments between sessions anyway. Dryrun gives those thoughts somewhere to go.

The boundary they keep not setting

They know what they want to say. They've rehearsed it in their head. But they've never said it out loud to something that pushes back.

The relationship conversation they're dreading

The partner conversation. The parent pattern. The friendship that's changed. Practice makes the difference between spiraling and being ready.

The professional moment that matters

Asking for the raise. Pushing back on the scope. Delivering the hard feedback. High stakes conversations reward the people who've put in reps.

For Your Clients

Here's how it works for you.

No apps to manage, no platform to log into. Just a code that gives your clients more runway to practice.

1

Join the waitlist below.

We're onboarding practitioners in waves. We'll email your client code, tied to your name, when your spot opens.

2

Give it to clients when you assign the homework.

Drop it in a follow-up message, a session recap, or wherever you already communicate between sessions.

E.g. "Practice that conversation in Dryrun before next week — use my code for 3 extra sessions."
3

They enter it in the app and get 3 extra roleplays.

The standard free trial is 3 sessions. Your code doubles that to 6 — enough for them to actually try it on the real thing, not just warm up.

4

They show up to the next session having actually practiced.

That's it. No dashboards. No client data you're responsible for. Just a more prepared client.

Good To Know

A few things practitioners ask us.

Is this a clinical tool?

No. Dryrun is a practice app — it doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace therapy. It's closer to a gym than a clinic. Clients use it to rehearse, not to process.

Do you have access to my client's sessions?

No. You won't see what your clients practice, and we don't share session content. You'll only see what clients choose to bring back to you.

Will this compete with my practice?

The opposite. Clients who practice between sessions move faster. Dryrun fills the gap between what they leave with and what they show up ready to do.

Do I get paid for this?

No — and that's intentional. This isn't an affiliate program. It's a tool we think your clients will find genuinely useful, and we want to keep it simple.
